Edge Single Sport
The Edge training level is designed for the athlete who desires the methodology behind proven results, but doesn't necessitate the guidance of a more extensive training package. This training level includes a client initiated phone call (of up to 20 minutes) every four weeks to discuss your training schedule and upcoming goals.
Upon receiving your initial schedule, you will complete a field test. We will use your test to set up specific training ranges based off of pace, power, and/or heart rate. We'll then craft a training program for you based on your individual goals and the time you can reasonably commit to training.
The Edge Training level is available in four weeks blocks with additional coach contact available at an hourly rate.
